Access and account terms baseline

These are implementation decisions, not final jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Final terms will be reviewed before payments are enabled.

Prepaid access

The 30-day pass costs USD 5 as a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically. A later 365-day pass may be offered at a separately configured price.

No account recovery

SchedulePacer does not verify email ownership, send recovery email, or reset passphrases. A forgotten passphrase permanently loses access to the account, its data, and paid time remaining.

No refunds

The product policy provides no refunds, cancellations, prorated credits, or failed-renewal grace period because access passes are one-time purchases.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack systems, evade access controls, automate abusive traffic, or submit content that violates applicable law. Access may be blocked to protect the service and other users.

Service limitations

The planner is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, guaranteed productivity, permanent storage, or suitability for medical treatment. Users remain responsible for backups and for decisions made from a generated schedule.

A public support address will be added before commercial launch.
