Privacy baseline

This page records the intended public privacy baseline while final legal text and the permanent domain are still being prepared.

Private planner data

Tasks, routines, commitments, schedules, focus sessions, notes, settings, and account records remain private to the stable account UUID and are not published as search pages.

Public demo

The demonstration uses packaged fictional data, performs no private database writes, and cannot call an AI provider.

Analytics and services

GA4 remains disabled unless a Measurement ID and approved consent behavior are configured. When prepaid payment is enabled, Stripe receives the account email and payment details needed for hosted Checkout; SchedulePacer stores Stripe identifiers and purchase audit facts but never card details.

Retention

Past planner history and abandoned accounts are removed according to configured retention periods. Administrators, unexpired prepaid accounts, and accounts with a recent pending purchase are protected from abandoned-account deletion.

Analytics choice

When public analytics is configured in explicit-consent mode, the Google tag does not load until the visitor allows it. The choice can be changed from the public footer. Private planner, account, billing-return, and authenticated pages never load GA4.

A public support address will be added before commercial launch.
